Supporting the IFC initiative in the “A Chance to Work” program EVRAZ Group became the first company in Russia to implement the program in the regions—in Nizhny Tagil, city of Urals. As a result, 28 orphanage graduates underwent a course of psychological assistance, received an opportunity to undergo training and were offered internship opportunities with EVRAZ Group.
By present time 18 from these 28 interns had secured permanent jobs, most of them became the employees of EVRAZ Group.
