The concept of the project allows orphanage graduates, in the age of 18 to 30, to obtain internship in the major Russian and international companies, participating in the program. An intern is provided with a mentor and a supervisor in the company who are to organize the intern’s work, help to adapt in the work team and oversees the enforce ment of the employment contract, as well as optimal work-study schedule.
Specially tailored two-level training, directed on development of communication and self presentation skills, correction of self-perception and decision-making, has been created by professional psychologists.
By the present time, 240 of 300 interns had secured permanent jobs, and 51 had entered universities to continue their education.
